For the past two weeks, we have been working on our animal research projects. Each Kindergarten class has been divided into 3 animal groups. Our class is studying about cardinals, beavers, and frogs. Each day, we complete a different information organizer about our animal, including: tree map of body parts, habitat, plate of what they eat, fabulous facts, and a KWL chart. On Thursday March 23, students will turn in their home portion of the project, in which they had to create models of their animal from items around the house. On Friday March 24 we will do a gallery walk to see all of the projects in all Kindergarten classrooms! More pictures are coming soon...
